This role supports high-volume M&A activity within a leading financial services environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in partner compensation analysis and integration during M&A, strong financial modeling skills, and experience in wealth management or asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A.
• Experience with financial modeling and business case analysis.
• Experience in wealth management or asset management.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy for partner firms during high-volume M&A activity.
• Oversee integration and governance of compensation programs for newly acquired firms.
• Develop tracking methodologies for complex compensation programs to ensure governance and accountability.
