Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager Partner to lead compensation strategy, governance, and execution for acquired partner firms. This role will support high-volume M&A activity with financial modeling and robust analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in partner compensation analysis within financial services, wealth management or asset management, and a strong track record building compensation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions.
• Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling and business case analysis.
• Experience within wealth management or financial services.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes and tracking methodologies for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy, integration, governance and execution for newly acquired partner firms.
• Support high-volume M&A activity with rigorous data analysis and modeling.
