Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Executive Compensation Manager Partner to lead compensation strategy, governance, and execution for newly acquired partner firms. This remote role supports high-volume M&A activity and requires strong financial analysis and compensation modeling experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in partner compensation analysis within financial services and a background in wealth management or asset management. EST/MDT remote work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions.
• Experience with financial modeling, compensation modeling, and business case analysis.
• Experience within wealth management or related financial services industries.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.
