Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to craft invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO, commercial leaders, and account teams. You will own every event end to end: concept, venue, vendors, invitation strategy, guest list, budget, contracts, and on-site hosting.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Experience producing invitation-only executive events.
• US B2B event experience with US target accounts.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Build invitation lists and manage RSVP and attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, agencies, and vendors.
• Track attendees and pipeline in CRM and report ROI.
• Create annual events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
