Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of B2B Events to run a program of invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives at our clients and prospects. You will own each event end to end: concept, venue, vendors, invitation strategy, guest lists, budgets, contracts, and on-site hosting.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to US and abroad. Join a leadership-driven team that partners with CEO and account teams to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international or destination events.
• Experience producing events with a CEO, founder or senior executive as host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, hosted by leadership.
• Build invitation strategies and guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Track attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline in CRM.
• Create annual calendar and repeatable event playbooks.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
