Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of B2B Events to run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and commercial teams. You’ll own concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting for high-impact events (WEF dinners, sports suites, CTO gatherings).

Qualifications

• Six-plus years in marketing, four-plus years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
• Experience running events for US B2B buyers and international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO or senior leaders, including concept, venue, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Set invitation strategy, build guest lists with commercial teams, and meet attendance targets for C-level and VP guests.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, agencies, and DMCs; track cost per attendee.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline, and report ROI to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbooks with formats and vendor rosters.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including during major conferences.
