BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and manage invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concept, venue, vendors, and on-site hosting, with a focus on events that drive meetings and pipeline.

Role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel. You will build targeted invite lists, manage budgets and contracts, and measure ROI.

Formación

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events with a CEO, founder or senior executive as host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO or leaders.
• Build invite lists, manage invitations/RSVPs, and hit attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, agencies, and vendors.
• Measure ROI by attendees and pipeline, report to marketing/commercial leadership.
• Create the annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF-related travel.
