Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and account teams. Formats include private dinners during major conferences and suite experiences at high-profile events; travel is regular and the role is remote, US/Canada-based with Pacific Coast preferred.

You will own each event end to end: concept, venue, vendors, invitation strategy and guest lists, budgets and contracts, and on-site hosting.

Qualifications

6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
Experience producing events with a CEO or senior executive host.

Responsibilities

Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, including concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show and on-site hosting.
Set invitation strategy with senior leaders, build invite lists, manage RSVPs and attendance targets.
Manage events budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues, hospitality, agencies and cost tracking per attendee.
Measure results by tracking attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline influence; report ROI to leadership.
Build the annual events calendar and repeatable playbook, with formats and vendor roster.
