Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting, reporting ROI to leadership. The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to the US and abroad.

You will lead end-to-end event programs, Asia-Pacific and U.S. markets, and coordinate with CEO and account teams to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, hosted by senior leaders.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors including venues and agencies.
• Measure results by tracking attendees and pipeline impact, reporting ROI.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and a repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
