Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute high-profile executive experiences for senior technology leaders, hosted by our CEO and commercial teams. The role covers end-to-end concept, venue, invitations, budget, and on-site hosting.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing, experience with C-level invitations, and are based in the US or Canada with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers
• Experience producing events with a CEO, founder or senior executive as host
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, hosted by CEO or account teams
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams
• Manage budgets, contracts and venues, and track cost per attendee
• Measure ROI through attendees, follow-up meetings and pipeline in CRM
• Build annual signature events calendar and playbook
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad
