Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run an invitation-only program for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leaders. This is a remote role based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad.

You will own end-to-end event concepts, venues, vendors, budgets, invitations, and on-site hosting, measuring success by pipeline impact and ROI. Bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only executive experiences with C-level/VP buyers.
• Experience running events targeting US B2B buyers and international/destination events.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by leadership.
• Build invitation strategy and guest lists with commercial teams; manage RSVPs.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, venues, and on-site hosting.
• Measure ROI via attendance, meetings and pipeline influence.
• Create annual events calendar and repeatable playbooks; ensure compliance.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
