Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Myrtle Beach, SC, on-site. The role leads a technical team, ensures event setup, and delivers excellent customer service while managing floor operations and training staff.

You will collaborate with venue management to optimize workflows and safety procedures. The position requires AV knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license; prior hospitality or events experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Organizes daily floor activities for setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to management.
• Keeps flowsheets updated and communications coordinated for events.
• Meets with guests to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Mentors new hires and reinforces positive work environment.
