Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role directs the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction, and may participate in location administration to support onsite operations and career development.

The position reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager and requires experience in hospitality, AV systems, and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for operation of company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to management and Workforce.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Coordinate communications for event management with the team.
• Attend venue meetings as needed.
