Job summary

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license may be required for team members operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Organizes daily floor activities for timely equipment setup and removal.
Directs technicians’ workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
Ensures flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated.
Attends venue meetings and supports event operations.
Trains technicians and mentors new hires on standards and career development.
Responsible for setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment and troubleshooting.
