Job summary

Encore Global seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, oversee the technical team, and ensure excellent customer service during events at our venues. This role emphasizes staff development, adherence to safety and service standards, and collaboration with venue management to optimize workflows and event execution.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3–5 years in customer service/hospitality and AV experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and assists management with suggestions for operational efficiencies.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Attends venue meetings and coordinates communication for event management.
• Responsible for setup, operation and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment and troubleshooting.
