Encore seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service and staff development. The role guides a technical team to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction at our hotel/convention environments.

The candidate will participate in venue administration, training, and ensuring equipment readiness. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality and AV experience required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must complete all training/certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Organize daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Direct workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies.
• Maintain venues communications and attend meetings as needed.
• Provide excellent service and uphold Encore’s standards.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore’s standards.
• Oversee setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment; troubleshoot issues.
