Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, oversee a technical team, and ensure exceptional customer service for events at our Naples, FL locations. The role includes staff development and maintaining equipment readiness while supporting on-site administrative duties.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality and 3-5 years in AV experience, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore standards.
• Mentors and trains technicians on floor activities and standards.
