Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily floor activities for timely equipment setup, refresh, and removal.
• Direct workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Lead training for technicians on floor activities and standards.
• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot issues.
