Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role guides the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of client satisfaction, and may assist with location administrative duties to support onsite operations.

Requirements include 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience and 3–5 years of audio-visual experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet/train within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet Encore’s training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational improvements for venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
