BEST Crowd Management is seeking Georgia Tech Guest Services Staff to warmly greet attendees and assist with event needs at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. The role supports guest flow, information, and timely response to inquiries throughout events.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided within the company.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup and related tasks.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and adherence to venue policies.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management as needed.
