BEST Crowd Management in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a Georgia Tech Guest Services position. The role is part-time at Bobby Dodd Stadium, offering $15 per hour. You will greet attendees, help with event setup, guide guests, and ensure a welcoming, safe experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules. Prior customer service or hospitality exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary by local regulations).
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service or event-related roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event set-up and signage placement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and team members for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
