Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an on-site Technical Lead in Scottsdale to manage setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in hospitality settings. You will troubleshoot issues, mentor junior Technicians, and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 2-3+ years in audio-visual work and customer service, plus a valid driver's license. Expect involvement with Encore systems and collaboration with hotel staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/train/certifications within 60 days of start date per Encore requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down audiovisual equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations on-site.
• Demonstrate advanced technical ability to troubleshoot equipment/software issues.
• Complete system entry and paperwork accurately; coordinate with staff and vendors.
