Job summary

You will lead technicians, mentor teammates, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with hotel staff and vendors to ensure seamless events and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for vehicle operation.
• Complete training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: set up, operate, and break down AV systems accurately and safely.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure security and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and coach technicians to deliver world-class service.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-site equipment works properly.
