Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee mid to large-scale audiovisual systems in a hotel environment. You will set up, operate, and break down equipment, troubleshoot problems, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience requested.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for roles that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment for events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and maintain client relationships on-site.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and use Encore systems as needed.
