Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technical Lead to set up and operate audiovisual systems for large-scale hotel and event environments. You will lead on-site service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with hotel staff and Encore systems.

The role requires 2-3+ years in audio-visual and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to mentor fellow technicians. Expect varied shifts in a dynamic hotel/conference setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years audiovisual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for roles that may operate company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Complies with company security and safety measures; protect equipment from theft or damage.
• Provide excellent service and manage relationships with internal and external customers; onsite guest interactions.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and coordinate with Encore systems as needed.
