Qualifications

• 2 years of perishable operations experience.
• Experience in inventory and waste reduction.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee closing operations for recovery, utility, and perishable departments.
• Lead by presence during closing to drive performance and member experience.
• Maintain GOLD standards and ensure clean, stocked, and safe conditions.
• Coach onboarding and certifications; enforce safety and training.
• Collaborate with club leadership to improve closing routines.
