Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua, NH is seeking a Closing Manager to lead club operations and drive daily performance across departments. You will oversee the Closing Manager on Duty, Recovery and Utility teams, and ensure a high standard of service for our members.

You will uphold GOLD standards, mentor staff, and coordinate safety, training, and daily execution to support a premier shopping experience at BJ’s.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations required.
• Forklift Certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee closing operations to ensure readiness for the next day.
• Lead Assistant Closing Manager and Recovery/Utility teams and coach staff.
• Maintain GOLD Standards and ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked club.
• Support audit readiness and food safety training, including ServSafe certification.
