Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations preferred.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not specified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Recovery, Utility and Perishable departments during closing and overnight prep.
• Lead by presence on the floor and engage Members during closing shifts.
• Maintain GOLD standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean).
• Ensure audit readiness, food safety, and daily operational excellence.
