Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service journey. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns, and explain options with clear time and cost estimates.

You will ensure work reflects Lucid’s quality standards before vehicles return to customers. Responsibilities include vehicle check-ins, damage reporting, loaner coordination, and CSI maintenance, with a focus on accurate documentation and a positive customer

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles within automotive or service environments.
Ability to document issues clearly for diagnosis and repair.
Strong communication, listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and ensure a smooth service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
Coordinate with technicians, document client concerns, and explain service options with costs.
Track vehicles through maintenance and repair to meet Lucid's quality standards.
Manage loaner arrangements and arrange ride services when needed.
Review work orders for accuracy and manage warranty claims promptly.
