Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Houston to provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns for diagnosis, and explain options including time and cost estimates.

You will track vehicles through maintenance and ensure Lucid quality before return. The role emphasizes CSI, accurate documentation, rightsizing work orders, and completing the process with signature and payment for repairs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years automotive service advisor experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to complete CPR training post hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are informed throughout the service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and thorough check-in processes for customer vehicles
• Check in new vehicles and document transport damage on BOL
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests
• Uphold CSI KPI and ensure customer satisfaction
• Review and revise work orders with technicians and detailers
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly
• Acquire customer signatures and collect payment for repairs
• Explain invoices to customers and ensure concerns are addressed
• Greet incoming service clients and manage calls
• Ensure work meets Lucid standards as the final QC step
• Other duties as assigned
