2-5 years of experience in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient demeanor.
Ability to articulate and document details for smooth workflow.
Ability to explain automotive terminology to customers of varying knowledge levels.
Proficiency with MS Office and proprietary DMS software.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and ensure informed service experience from initial contact to handover.
Conduct inspections and document vehicle condition and wear.
Check in vehicles and document transport damage on BOL for proper processing.
Coordinate loaner vehicles and arrange rides for customers as needed.
Maintain CSI KPI by ensuring high customer satisfaction with service quality.
