Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service journey. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns, explain options, and track vehicles through maintenance to ensure quality before return.

Qualifications

2–5 years automotive experience in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to document details clearly for smooth workflow.
Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers at varying knowledge levels.
Familiarity with MS Office and DMS software.

Responsibilities

Inform clients throughout the service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
Conduct inspections and report damage or wear on vehicles.
Check in new vehicles and document transport damage on BOL.
Coordinate loaner agreements and Lyft rides as needed.
Maintain CSI KPI and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and revise work orders with accurate time punches.
Address warranty claim rejections within the timeframe.
Obtain customer signatures via DocuSign and collect payment for repairs.
Explain invoices to customers and confirm concerns are addressed.
Greet callers, answer questions, and route messages.
Ensure work meets Lucid standards before vehicle returns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
