Job summary

Lucid Motors in the United States seeks a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service experiences from check-in to vehicle handover. You will greet clients, document concerns for diagnosis, and explain service options with time and cost estimates.

You will coordinate with technicians, track vehicles through repairs, and ensure all work meets Lucid’s standards before delivery, while handling payments and warranty items as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years in a service-advisor or front-of-house role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document and relay technical details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers throughout the service experience from intake to handover.
• Conduct inspections and document vehicle condition.
• Log transport damage and paperwork for BOL processing.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and Lyft arrangements as needed.
• Meet CSI targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Review work orders for accuracy and time entries with technicians.
• Address warranty rejection issues within set timeframes.
• Obtain customer signatures and process payments for paid repairs.
• Explain completed work to customers ensuring concerns are addressed.
• Greet callers, answer questions, and direct inquiries as needed.
• Perform last QC before delivery to customers.
