Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service journey. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns, and explain options, including time and cost estimates.

You will track vehicles during maintenance, ensure work meets Lucid's quality standards, and handle paperwork such as signatures and payments. This full-time role includes weekends and requires a valid license.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in service advisor or front-of-house role.
• Excellent interpersonal, patient demeanor, and communication.
• Willingness to complete CPR training post hire; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure excellent service at every step.
• Consult with technicians and document client concerns.
• Explain service options, time and costs to clients.
• Track vehicles through maintenance and ensure quality before return.
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate Lyft rides.
• Obtain customer signatures for service invoices via DocuSign.
