Job summary

Lucid Motors in New York, NY is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service across the service journey. You will greet clients, coordinate with technicians, document concerns, and explain options, costs, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient demeanor.
• Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and DMS systems.
• Full-time including weekends; willingness to complete Lucid training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are informed throughout the service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and check-in processes for customer vehicles.
• Document transport damage on PDI vehicles and notes on the Bill of Lading.
• Manage loaner agreements and coordinate rental vehicle requests as needed.
• Uphold the CSI KPI and ensure customer delight with service quality.
• Review and revise work orders with accurate time punches.
• Address warranty claim rejections within established timeframes.
• Obtain signatures for service authorization and payment for repairs via DocuSign.
• Explain invoices to customers to confirm understanding and satisfaction.
• Greet clients, answer calls, and direct inquiries as needed.
• Serve as final QC to ensure work meets Lucid standards before handover.
