Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle service experience, from initial contact to handover. You will inspect and document vehicle condition, manage loaners and transport, and ensure accurate work orders and invoicing with DocuSign and on‑site payments.

The role requires automotive service experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain vehicle concepts clearly. A valid driver's license and CPR training post‑hire are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Service Advisor or Front of House role in automotive
• Excellent interpersonal, compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to articulate and document details for smooth workflow
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS software
• Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours
• Valid driver’s license with minimal suspensions
• Willingness to complete CPR training after hire

Responsibilities

• Inform clients throughout the service experience from first contact to vehicle handover
• Conduct inspections and check‑in processes for customer vehicles, reporting damage
• Check in new vehicles and document transport damage on the Bill of Lading
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and Lyft rides for customers as needed
• Uphold the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) KPI and ensure high service quality
• Review and revise work orders after tasks to ensure accurate documentation and timing
• Address warranty claim rejections promptly to maintain efficiency
• Obtain customer signatures via DocuSign and collect payment for pay repairs
• Explain invoices to customers to confirm understanding of completed work
• Greet clients, answer calls, and direct inquiries as needed
• Ensure final QC before vehicles are returned to customers
• Other duties as assigned
