Job summary

Rivian in Corte Madera, CA is looking for a Sales Advisor IV to drive the full customer journey from lead to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience across in-person, demo drives, phone, text, and email.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in high-velocity sales, CRM experience (Salesforce), and a customer-first mindset. A flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred (top tier, premium brands, direct to consumer models, commission-based environments and/or automotive experience a plus).
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a commission-based environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with iteration and changes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs (demo drives, pipeline, conversion, take rate on trade-ins and financial solutions, customer satisfaction and NPS).
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at your location(s).
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers to create personalized experiences that drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products, services, and community stories to guide customer decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with long-term customer relationships.
