Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields; premium brands and direct-to-consumer models favored.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles with commissions.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup-like environments with iteration.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to travel for events and launches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; learn new tools quickly.
• Comfort operating high-performance vehicles and conducting demos.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.

• Qualify customers and identify needs to drive conversion.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and services.

• Support customers through order confirmation and follow-up stages to drive conversion.
• Host retail activations and events to generate demand.
