Rivian Automotive is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor in Atlanta, GA to build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the purchase journey. You will engage via phone, text and email, delivering personalized experiences and driving conversions.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, a high-energy sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in Rivian's fast-paced startup environment while upholding our values.

Formación

• 6+ years of sales, retail, customer service or hospitality at a premium brand.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales cycle.
• Experience in a startup environment with iteration and change.
• Proficient with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and support outbound call campaigns.
• Follow up with leads to advance them through the sales funnel.
• Provide best-in-class customer experience aligned with Rivian values.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through high-touch, responsive service.
