Rivian is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor for our Atlanta-area team. You will own customer relationships from lead qualification through the purchase journey, delivering personalized experiences across phone, text, and email to drive brand loyalty and sales.

You will contribute to a high-velocity sales culture, working with a knowledgeable team, and supporting weekend and holiday schedules as needed. A passion for our mission and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of sales, retail, customer service or hospitality experience at a top tier, premium brand (direct to consumer, auto and or EV a plus).
• Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a commission-based environment.
• Experience succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment with continuous iteration and changes.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs such as pipeline management, sales conversion, take rate on trade-ins and financial solutions, customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Lead and support outbound call campaigns.
• Provide outbound follow-up to qualifying leads and progress through the sales funnel.
• Ensure customer experience is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s core values and culture.
• Engage and qualify Rivian customers and identify their unique needs to create personalized experiences that drive conversion.
