Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Advisor IV to join our Field Sales team in Alpharetta, GA. You will own the customer journey from awareness to purchase, educating customers across in-person, phone, text, and email channels while delivering a highly personalized experience.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a customer-first mindset, thrive in dynamic environments, and contribute to a high-performance culture through relationship-building and consultative support.

Formación

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at all locations.
• Engage, qualify, and support leads to increase satisfaction and referrals.
• Provide product demonstrations and tailor recommendations to customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and community stories.
