Job summary

Rivian in Irvine, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to build relationships with prospective customers and grow the Rivian community. You will own the customer relationship from qualification to purchase, delivering personalized touchpoints across phone, text, and email.

You are passionate about our brand, driven to achieve targets in a fast-paced startup environment, and comfortable working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience at a premium brand.
• Proven track record in fast-moving sales cycles with commissions.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead outbound campaigns and follow up with qualified leads.
• Provide high-touch, personalized customer experiences across channels.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to guide customer decisions.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and drive conversions.
