Rivian is seeking a Sales Advisor IV in Boulder, Colorado, to grow the Rivian community and manage the full customer relationship from lead to close. You will educate customers through in-person demos, calls, texts, and emails while upholding Rivian's values and culture.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a customer-first mindset, flexible scheduling for nights and weekends, and a track record of delivering memorable experiences that drive loyalty and conversion.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Track record in high-velocity, commission-based sales.
• Experience in startup environments with iteration.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide best-in-class in-store experience aligned with Rivian values.
• Qualify customers and tailor personalized experiences.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to guide decisions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Support events and customer activations.
• Handle escalations and feedback for improvements.
• Communicate market trends to leadership.
