Rivian Automotive in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to join our Inside Sales team. You will own the customer relationship from qualifying leads to a personalized purchase journey, using phone, text and email to educate and inspire customers and drive sales conversions.

This full-time role requires a high-energy, self-driven professional with 6+ years of sales or related experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and a flexible schedule including

Qualificações

• 6+ years of sales, retail, customer service or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Lead and support outbound call campaigns
• Provide outbound follow-up to qualifying leads and progress through the sales funnel
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience aligned with Rivian values
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via high-touch, responsive service
• Guide customers through order confirmation and various stages to drive conversion
