Boldyn Networks in the United States (Remote in US) seeks an experienced ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support for our higher education customers.
You’ll lead a team of analysts and technical resources, partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that align with the organization’s technology roadmap and business objectives.
Competenze
- 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years leading technical or business-systems teams in higher education.
- Experience delivering ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
Mansioni
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
- Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ERP programs.
- Mentor ERP analysts and technical resources; prioritize work and control budgets.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology innovation.
