Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients. You will guide transformation initiatives, manage a team of analysts and technical staff, and drive standardized processes across campus operations.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to ensure secure, scalable ERP solutions, align roadmaps with growth, and improve operational performance while managing risk and change in a complex

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred; Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
8+ years ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience in higher education.
Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar in higher education.
