Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients. This remote role in the US guides ERP initiatives, a team of analysts, and ensures scalable, secure ERP solutions align with business objectives.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to drive process standardization, system adoption, and a long-term technology roadmap while balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
3+ years people management experience in higher education settings.
Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformations.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflows, and HE processes.
Experience with Ellucian SIS/ERP systems (Banner/Colleague/Jenzabar).

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customers.
Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms.
Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across applications.
Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployments.
Manage upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancements.
Monitor health, adoption, and metrics to drive improvements.
