Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for our higher‑education clients. This remote-in-US role partners with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions.

You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, drive process improvement, and shape the long-term technology roadmap while ensuring operational excellence across the ERP landscape.

Competenze

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience administering SIS/ERPs such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management practices for enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across all levels.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.
