Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives within higher education clients. The role focuses on strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP systems across campus operations.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions, shaping the long-term technology roadmap and ensuring adoption across departments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership.
• 3+ years people management leading higher education teams.
• Experience with enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation in higher ed.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.
• Governance, security, and risk management for enterprise apps.
• Influence stakeholders and manage vendors and budgets.
