Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation for higher education customers. You will lead strategy, governance, enhancements, and operations of ERP platforms, coordinating with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives.

You will mentor a team of ERP analysts and technical resources, manage upgrades, integrations, and system performance, and champion standardized processes and change management. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
